Hanna Garth welcomes chefs in her Food, Culture, and Society Class Presentation

Native American Heritage Month was celebrated in November. Assistant Professor Hanna Garth welcomed guest speakers into her classroom during the month long celebration. Chef Frank led a thought-provoking discussion with students, featuring a deep dive into food sovereignty, traditional ecological knowledge, and the modern relationship between ingredients and cuisine.
