Professor Hanna Garth was a founding member of the Princeton Food Project, which started with Magic Grant Funding from the Humanities Council. The Princeton Food Project has been actively hosting food related speakers, facilitating networks and connections among students and faculty interested in food related topics on campus. They have a new endeavor to work with campus dining on making connections to students and the classroom. Dr. Garth has been part of the executive committee since Princeton Food Project's inception. The Project has updated and expanded their website to include the food-related courses across campus as well as the collaborative projects that we sponsor!
