The Princeton Caribbean Connection will be hosting the academic conference titled "Small Places, Big Futures: Transforming Island Perspectives into Global Dialogues." This two-day conference will take place from November 1st to 2nd, culminating in a gala on Saturday evening.
The conference will bring together academics and professionals from across the Caribbean and its diaspora to engage in meaningful discourse with undergraduate students at Princeton. Our goal is to highlight the Caribbean as a significant site of academic inquiry and to demonstrate the necessity for Caribbean studies within our university. For more information on specific panels, speakers, and the conference itinerary please see https://www.instagram.com/thepcconference/.
The conference is open to the general public and students from outside of Princeton. Tickets can be purchased at tickets.princeton.edu or at the Frist Campus Center ticketing desk. Importantly, tickets for Princeton students, faculty, and staff are free. Please feel free to reach out to Mya Ramhi, [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
