CANCELLED: Medical Humanities Fair

The Medical Humanities Fair is presented by the Department of Anthropology together with the Humanities Council, the Program for Community-Engaged Scholarship, and the Pace Center for Civic Engagement. Students will present their final course requirement for ANT/HUM240 Medical Anthropology course, either by showing their artistic project or presenting their research on poster. The course draws from medical anthropological approaches in dialogue in history, journalism, literature, philosophy, religion, film and visual arts to understand the cross-cultural significance of medicine and present-day struggles for wellbeing in the United States and comparatively.
